This three week class will be helpful for people studying for Cicerone® Certification*, and will also be beneficial for homebrewers and beer enthusiasts. This will be 7.5 hours of classes (Three weekly 2.5 hour classes) that will cover 72 beer styles, using BJCP Styles Guidelines. Approximately 27 beers will also be tasted during the three classes. Some basic knowledge of beer is required.
Cost is $125 for the three classes ($115 for Fermenta: Michigan Women’s Craft Collective members), including beer samples.
