Short Pour gives a concise, clear overview of commercial draft systems, covering items one needs to know to sit the Certified Cicerone® exam*, guided by instructor Mike Bardallis, a Certified Cicerone® and professional brewer. Learn about faucets, shanks, couplers, FOBs, and other components found in typical draft systems. Understand the conditions necessary for proper dispense, and the problems that can occur if they are not maintained. An overview of industry standard cleaning requirements and techniques will be given. A training / demo board will allow students to see and handle various components.
Class duration is approximately 90 minutes
